By using Undrunk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Undrunk generates written messages — text messages, emails, scripts, and letters — to help users communicate in difficult situations including but not limited to: ending relationships, resigning from jobs, chasing invoices, setting family boundaries, and ending friendships.
The service uses artificial intelligence to generate these messages. The output is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any message generated by the service.
By using Undrunk you agree that:
Undrunk offers a limited free tier of 3 generated messages with no payment required. Beyond the free tier, access requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service.
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us at hello@undrunk.xyz and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion for exceptional circumstances only.
The messages generated by Undrunk are yours to use as you see fit. We do not claim ownership over content generated on your behalf.
The Undrunk platform, design, brand, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without permission.
Undrunk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated messages will achieve any particular outcome.
Communication is complex and unpredictable. The success of any message you send depends on many factors outside our control. We are a tool, not a guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undrunk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to relationship outcomes, employment decisions, financial losses, or emotional distress.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
