Account information — if you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled by Supabase via magic links or OAuth.
Usage data — we track how many messages you have generated to enforce the free tier limit. This is a count only — not the content of your messages.
Payment information — payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of payment status and your email address from Dodo to activate your subscription.
Message content — the situation you describe and the messages generated are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers unless:
Technical data — we collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security monitoring and rate limiting only.

Your message inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic processes these inputs according to their own privacy policy.
We do not use your inputs to train any AI model — ours or anyone else's. Your situations and messages are not used as training data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (for example, payment records for tax compliance).

Undrunk is operated from India. If you are accessing the service from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate (including the United States, where Anthropic and Vercel are based).
